What calendar to use

I am looking for a calendar that I can sink between Microsoft Outlook and my iPhone. Ical doesn't seem to sink automatically and not google cal ether. Does anyone know a solution?

Outlook does cync with your iPhone. You have to set this setting in iTunes or on iCloud.
If you need more how to, say.
But it works.
It is one of the main options.

google will sync if shared as well.
